MAKING MOVES — Oaktree Solutions, the consulting and public affairs firm run by former mayoral chief of staff Frank Carone, is taking a step into Hollywood. Oaktree purchased an equity stake in Los Angeles-based talent and branding company AIGH, the firms told Playbook exclusively. The partnership will pair celebs with various companies and products as a way to boost the latter’s appeal. “The whole concept is bringing clients together with the appropriate talent to find opportunities,” Carone said.
