Matthew Quinonez, Oaktree Solutions’ Chief of Staff & Managing Director of Business Development, has been recognized by City & State’s 2024 “40 Under 40” awards. This City & State award honors the rising stars of city politics and government in New York.
Previously the special assistant to the New York City mayor’s chief of staff, Quinonez joined Oaktree Solutions with a focus on supporting social services providers and nonprofits, collaborating closely with leadership and advising staff analysts.
“I have a lot of experience, but (there’s) a lot more that I can learn from our founder, Frank Carone,” Quinonez highlights in the award recognition.
City & State highlights Quinonez’s experience in NYC government and his instrumental role in establishing the city’s first vaccine command center during the COVID-19 pandemic. Quinonez is committed to public service and doing his part to help others.
